GRIS is a fusion restaurant, offering Chinese cuisine with Japanese elements. The siumai was delicious, with an elegant yet satisfying flavor. The deep fried potato is a dish that makes the most of the flavors of the ingredients. The homemade daikon pickles with brown rice also had a gentle taste. The Tomakomai Kitayose mushrooms and mushroom salad was not so good, but all the other dishes were delicious and the restaurant is very particular about its food. I would definitely visit again.
