At the dining area attached to the hot spring facility, you can relax while overlooking the harbor. The sashimi is firm and has a great texture, and it is very fresh. You can enjoy various seafood such as yellowtail, flounder, sea bream, squid, and sweet shrimp, all of which have a rich flavor. I had the miso soup with spiny lobster, and the broth was so rich that it made me smile with just one sip. The tempura of spiny lobster has a plump texture, and the subtle dipping sauce enhances the quality of the ingredients. The tempura of sweet potatoes, shiitake mushrooms, shiso leaves, and eggplant pairs well with rice, making it perfect for a detour during a drive.
