Soba has a rich aroma and a pleasant texture. Both a warm bowl and a cold bowl are delicious, and I always struggle to choose between them. The tempura is served separately, light and crispy, and I enjoy it with salt. In addition to shrimp and anago (conger eel), seasonal vegetables like new onions, maitake mushrooms, and sweet potatoes also do a great job. There are many creatively designed menu items, such as soba with fresh seaweed and duck tsukune, and I discover something new every time. The broth has a strong aroma and umami, and the wasabi's fragrance is vibrant, leaving me feeling happy until the very end.
