The aroma of Mapo Tofu rises, and from the moment it is served, it whets the appetite. The first bite is creamy, and the spiciness gradually spreads, creating a pleasant sensation. The balance of spiciness and umami is excellent, and the aftertaste is also delicious. There is plenty of tofu, which blends well with the rich sauce. It feels like the flavors of Sichuan have been carefully refined for a Japanese audience, making it very satisfying. It's easy to access by car, and having a parking lot available is also helpful.
