As I passed through the narrow corridor, a gentle light leaked from behind the wooden sliding door, making my heart race. Inside, it was a cozy space centered around a counter, where I could see the cooking process happening right in front of me. The grilled mackerel, rich in fat, was crispy and fragrant on the outside, while the inside was fluffy and left me in awe. The small bowl of hijiki seaweed and the grilled sashimi were also seasoned with care, making it impossible to put down my chopsticks. The simmered sablefish was served with large pieces of tofu and burdock, allowing me to enjoy the aroma of the broth as well. Because there are only a few seats, each dish receives thoughtful attention, allowing me to enjoy a happy experience until the very end.
