The shop located on the upper floor of the inn has a comfortable sunken kotatsu-style seating. The staff is very dedicated, making it pleasant to enjoy a meal. The shabu-shabu with beef and pork wrapped around vegetables is tender and soft, perfectly complemented by the homemade ponzu and miso sauce. The large shiitake mushrooms are fragrant, and their umami flavor expands with each bite. The tempura of wild vegetables is lightly battered and crispy, making it hard to resist. The sashimi and horse sashimi are also fresh, and I thoroughly enjoyed everything, including the chocolate fondue with fruit at the end.
