Jinju Myeongga Milmyeon

Milmyun is characterized by a soup made by simmering beef tendons, free-range chicken, and herbal medicine for 48 hours, which is excellent for nourishment and vitality. There are various menu options such as water milmyun, bibim milmyun, and mixed milmyun, with the mixed milmyun particularly featuring thinly sliced meat as a topping, making it very filling. The dumplings also have a chewy texture and pair exceptionally well with milmyun.

The restaurant has many tables arranged, allowing both individuals and groups to enjoy their meals comfortably. Self-service water and warm soup are available for free use. There is also a complete parking lot, making access by car convenient.

Mil-myeon originates from the people who settled in Busan after the Korean War (6.25 War) and began making cold noodles with wheat flour. Jinju's famous Mil-myeon inherits that tradition while pursuing its unique flavor, and it is loved by many.
