The grilled chicken is all fragrant, and the grilling is superb. You can really taste the flavor of the local chicken from the Yatsugatake Highlands, and the skewers of white liver are especially delicious and melt in your mouth. The heart, neck, and gizzards are also carefully prepared, allowing you to enjoy them without getting bored. The side dishes like stews, fried chicken, namul, and salads have a homemade feel and provide a nice accent. There is also a good selection of sake that pairs very well with the grilled items. The interior is clean, and the quiet chef works efficiently, making for a pleasant experience.
