This is a shop located in a residential area, featuring a counter and a small table, creating a cozy atmosphere. Grilled chicken skewers are the specialty, with options like liver, heart, thigh, and tsukune, all carefully grilled to perfection and delicious. There are many skewers that can be enjoyed with salt, and the sauces for the tsukune and skin are fragrant and satisfying. The simmered chicken skin has no unpleasant odor, and the umami is enhanced in the salty broth, pairing well with the smoothness of silken tofu. The dish of nozawana pickles is just right as a palate cleanser, showcasing the excellent grilling technique. Both the food and service are sincere and pleasant, making it a place where you can relax and focus on the deliciousness.

I love being able to relax at the counter and write my orders on the table memo. The simmered chicken skin is served warm in a light broth, and the chicken skin becomes tender, soothing my heart. The Tochigi fried tofu is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, topped generously with ginger, which makes me happy. The chicken cartilage and bonjiri have a nice char, and the balance of salt is exquisite, releasing more flavor with each bite. The cheese tsukune has a chewy texture with rich flavor, making me smile with its deliciousness. The stamina cold tofu and kimchi also add a flavor accent, making me enjoy my drinks even more.
