The shop located underground in Fezan has a wide variety of side dishes, making it fun to choose. The pork hamburger made with Chinese herbal tea is large, and you can really taste the richness of the meat. The thick-cut ham katsu has a thin batter, and the saltiness of the ham is just right, making it delicious on its own. The katsu curry has a fragrant roux that pairs well with fukujinzuke, and it energizes you with every bite. The katsu sandwich has a good balance of thick loin, cabbage, sauce, and mustard, providing a sense of satisfaction. The handmade side dishes from a long-established butcher shop are all available, and you can trust them to buy.
