This is my favorite restaurant that I used to visit during my time in Fukui for work. This time, I came here privately with a companion. The interior is bright and spacious, creating a strangely calming atmosphere. I enjoy a blissful moment at the larger counter, savoring the dishes and drinks. The staff's service is pleasant, and what surprised me even more was the sight of the head chef personally seeing us off until we were out of sight, which was moving. This is a restaurant I want to visit again when I come to Fukui.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice. I went alone, and they surprisingly suggested, 'Shall we make the portion half?' Thanks to that, I was able to order a lot of different dishes and was satisfied!

From the movements and posture of the kitchen staff while cooking, washing dishes, and cleaning up, I strongly felt their attitude, pride, and awareness towards their work, which made me satisfied that I made a reservation. For new customers coming in, I personally think that enjoying the food at the counter seats is a given, but I hope they can experience the movements of the chefs and their attitude towards their work, and enjoy the dishes that have added value from that.
