In a calm hotel, you can spend time slowly in an elegant atmosphere. Freshly fried tempura is served continuously at the counter, with a light batter that allows the flavors of the ingredients to shine through. The head-on shrimp and wild vegetables like butterbur sprouts and cod shoots are fragrant and delightful. The tempura of creamy fish roe left a particularly strong impression. The anago (conger eel) was freshly prepared, and adding it was a great decision. For the finale, you can choose between tempura rice or kakiage donburi, and I was completely satisfied with the kakiage donburi topped with broth and dessert.
