Nestled quietly in a serene town, this space offers a moist atmosphere where you can feel the warmth of wood as soon as you enter. Gentle jazz music plays, allowing you to relax immediately. The soba noodles are thin with a pleasant chewiness, and they go down smoothly. The broth has a rich umami flavor, with the fragrance of mitsuba and yuzu gently spreading. The maitake tempura is lightly battered and crispy, making it easy to pick up one by one, which is delightful. Finally, the soba tea ice cream we had was accented by a toasty flavor, making it very elegant and delicious.
