The seating is partitioned, which is nice as it lets you enjoy your time without worrying about those around you. The hand-made thin soba noodles have a pleasant texture and aroma. The dipping sauce has a refined umami flavor that enhances the taste of the soba. The presence of real wasabi as a condiment is also a highlight, and even the soba broth diluted with hot water is delicious. The tempura, grilled duck, and dashi omelet are all prepared with care, and you can enjoy variations in flavor with the table salt and condiments.
