The grilled sweetfish is very fragrant and the flesh is fluffy. The small bones are not bothersome, and the saltiness is just right. The matsutake rice is packed with ingredients, and the texture of the rice is firm, making it a perfect match. The rice balls are on the larger side, and the combination of plum and seaweed has a gentle flavor. The soba has a refreshing broth, and you can really taste the richness of the duck. The shop has an unpretentious atmosphere, and although it is run by a single person, the deliciousness is undeniable even when it is crowded.
