It's a small shop located on the second floor of a building, but once you enter, a calm atmosphere spreads out, making you feel at ease. I was excited to see the craftsman carefully preparing sushi over the counter. The sashimi was all very fresh, and the popping texture of the fresh salmon roe was particularly impressive. The sushi rice was slightly smaller, which balanced well with the toppings, making it easy to keep eating. The menu also had a variety of a la carte dishes like crispy octopus tempura and fried small sardines, which tempted me to order more. The staff were friendly and approachable, so even as a first-time visitor, I felt comfortable and had a great time.
