The skewers and chicken thighs grilled over charcoal are fragrant, and the salt level is just right. The sliced local chicken has crispy skin and pairs well with yuzu pepper and wasabi. The fluffy rolled omelet has a gentle flavor that is comforting. The appetizers, such as eggplant, hijiki seaweed, and simmered fish, are also prepared with care, and all are delicious. You can see the grilling area from the counter, which is exciting, and there is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages to enjoy.
