Matsuda Zuwai Don: 8,500 yen A whole 400-500g snow crab, beautifully peeled and served on a bold plate! The rice is cooked in a crab-flavored broth made from the peeled crab shells (500g) and rich crab miso is also plentiful! This is a gorgeous crab bowl that crab lovers can't get enough of. I missed you so much. I wanted to see you~♪ I wanted to see you~♪ Drove about 3 hours from Nagoya... ✧Д✧) Kak! I wanted to see you... ♪ I wanted to see you... ♪ I've been waiting for you since last year (థథ...థ...థ...థ...థ...థ...I made a reservation for December 4th in October. ▪️ Matsuda seiko donburi 4000 yen ▪️ add 2 crabs for 3200 yen The price was 4,000 yen at the time of reservation, but it was 6,000 yen on the day of reservation due to the steep rise in price. But I wanted to eat it, so when I entered the restaurant... they offered it to me for the 4000 yen I paid when I made the reservation (; ・・`д・´) Thank God for this! Add two more cups and it looks like this ( ✧Д✧) ☆☆☆☆☆! I'll eat it as it is first, and then pour crab vinegar over it later. The flavor of the "Seiko crab", the female Echizen snow crab... is a taste that you can't deny ( ✧Д✧) ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆! The rice is cooked in a broth made from the miso and shells of the crab and served warm... and it is absolutely delicious!
