This shop is located in a shopping street, has a pleasant atmosphere, and is easy to enter. The cold soba noodles are thin and white, with just the right amount of firmness, making them feel great going down. The dipping sauce has a strong dashi flavor, which pairs very well with the noodles. The warm soba also remained deliciously smooth until the end. The tuna bowl features fresh red meat, and the balance of the vinegared rice and the marinade is just right, complemented by the pickled ginger and shiso leaves. There are counter seats available, making it easy to enter alone, and it's convenient for a quick meal.
