Corona has made me refrain from going out 😢. Living at home had already pushed me to the limit and I had no place to go but the desire for grilled meat in my room 😭. But then, there was a ray of hope in our home ✨👼. Thanks to the help of 👼👼, we were specially sent meat from the famous Ibaraki restaurant "Yakiniku Shoen" ❗️❗️😳! I've always wanted to go to Shoen and I've always wanted to eat their meat 🍖🤤. I never thought I would be able to eat it 😭😭. And what I received was the "Hitachigyu🐃" Tan👅, Harami and Sagari 🙌🙌! And a splendid wrapping and box like a year-end gift 📦 I'm next to impressed ❗️ ▪️Halami The Halami has an aura of awesomeness from the outside ❗️😳 At this point, I was already ready to win 💪! First, I had it with salt and pepper, and it was so good that it really, really left me speechless❗️❗️😮! As soon as you put it in your mouth, the delicious taste travels through your tongue and through your whole body at lightning speed 🐎💫. And the next day, you can even try it with sauce: ☝️ I rubbed it with Momodare and let it sit for a day 😴. This one, the moment you bite into it, you get a flood of soaked sauce and juices ⚠️, then an encounter in your mouth🤝. Yikes, too delicious🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️ The momi sauce and dipping sauce are really great too 👏👏 The rice really goes down the drain ❗️ ▪️ tang Not too thick, not too thin cut 😀. Despite the moderate thickness, I could feel it more than any other thick cut tongue I've ever had 👅👅❗️ pulled and crispy 😳👑👑. This is not the quality you can get at home 😳! The taste is also powerful and delicious, like it's not tongue. ❗️ Sweet and simply delicious 😭 It was unbelievable super tan 👏👏👏👏👏👏. ▪️Sagari This is the No.1 Sagari in my life 🥇🏆! I was under the impression that Sagari was lighter than Harami, but this Sagari packs a shocking punch 👊! Meaty like a steak ❗️❗️ I never thought I could eat such a delicious Sagari 😭 Most & high, impressed & moved❗️💃🕺👽👾 Thank you so much for the wonderful meat, Mr. 👽👾👾 ❗️❗️🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️ I will definitely visit your restaurant once the Corona convergence is complete ❗️❗️ I'm looking forward to it now 😆😆.
