The calm Italian restaurant inside the hotel is very comfortable. During the day, there are many menu options to choose from, and you can select either pasta or risotto for the course. The risotto with turnip, small shrimp, and prosciutto, flavored with yuzu, has a gentle taste that I really liked. The roasted Yumi pork from Ishioka City is tender and has a rich flavor. The rice croquettes, cheese and ham platter, and Margherita pizza pair well with drinks. The draft beer and domestic red wine are also delicious, and the grilled Ezo deer allows you to enjoy a change in flavor with the condiments.
