The quiet atmosphere of the shop allows you to feel the warmth of the wood, making it a comfortable place to spend time. There is a counter and a raised seating area, and it is cozy and compact. They offer set meals with sushi and chirashi, and you can enjoy small side dishes, miso soup, and chawanmushi. The ingredients such as yellowtail, nodoguro, red meat, squid, snow crab, octopus, horse mackerel, eel, and egg are all fresh, and the slightly sweet soy sauce pairs well with them. The rice from Shimane has a slight warmth and a pleasant stickiness, making it easy to eat. The seafood futomaki is also packed with ingredients, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavors of the seafood.
