This is an all-you-can-drink course for 4 persons or more and a hearty meal including chubu-float of tuna.
The fatty 'Toro Saba' from Hachinohe is marinated in vinegar and grilled right in front of you when served. The melting texture and overflowing umami are irresistible.
Without using vegetables, fresh offal makes up 90% of the dish, with only konjac as a simple combination. It is filled with plenty of offal, allowing you to fully appreciate its inherent flavor. The richness of the miso and the aroma of garlic pair well with the offal.
The potatoes are boiled after the order is received, and served fresh. The skin of the potatoes is included, and its slight bitterness enhances the flavor, making it a remarkable dish.
