The meat was incredibly delicious. The beef tendon stew was also large for the price, giving a sense of value. The beef heart, eaten with salt and wasabi, was the most delicious heart I've ever had. What concerned me was that even after calling the staff, it took a long time for them to come; there was a moment when I pressed the button about five times before they finally arrived. Additionally, the serving of half rice was a bit slow, and it was cooked to a consistency similar to porridge.
