When I entered the restaurant during the day, it was crowded with local people. The time from ordering to the arrival of the food was very quick, and I was impressed by the pace of the service. The daily special set meal included sashimi, tempura, simmered dishes, and agedashi tofu, and I was excited by the variety of dishes. The sashimi, including flying fish, yellowtail, and squid, was fresh, and it was fun that the staff told me the names of the fish. The gentle umami of the fish soup and the richness of the red miso soup with seaweed soaked into my body. The anago don was sold out, but I was satisfied in my heart with the rich flavor and generous portion.
