This shop, like a hidden gem in a quiet residential area, allows you to enjoy your meal in a calm atmosphere. The first dish served was a chawanmushi with figs, and I was moved by the gentle flavor of the dashi combined with the sweetness of the fruit. Next, a three-tiered stand appeared, filled with fresh sashimi and colorful appetizers, which instantly lifted my spirits just by looking at it. There was also a performance with white smoke from dry ice wafting through the air, making the table feel like a stage. Each dish was carefully prepared, and both the salad and small bowls highlighted the natural flavors of the ingredients. The delightful experience continued all the way to the finishing touch of caffeine-free bancha pudding, and thanks to the warm attentiveness of the staff, I was able to spend a relaxing time.
