This is a restaurant where you can enjoy charcoal-grilled skewers that have been around since the Showa era. There are counters and tables, and I was able to relax in a bright atmosphere. The grilled liver and chicken neck were tender, and the extra sauce was fragrant and excellent. While waiting, I snacked on simmered chicken skin, which paired perfectly with beer. The signature chicken wing curry had tender meat and rich spices that surprisingly matched well, leaving me pleasantly surprised. Thanks to the friendly service from the second-generation owner, I felt completely uplifted by the time I left.
