Watching the two sisters skillfully cook right in front of me is exciting. The noodles have a crispy texture that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the cabbage and bean sprouts. Choosing the spicy noodles brings a pleasant heat that gradually builds, making me want to eat more. The okonomiyaki with mochi has a chewy texture that combines with the savory aroma of the sauce, providing a fresh surprise. The side dish of beef tendon is tender and the smell from the griddle further stimulates my appetite. Conversations with the chatty staff were enjoyable, and I was able to spend a delicious time in a warm atmosphere.
