This is a restaurant where you can enjoy dishes from Northern Italy made with buckwheat flour. The handmade buckwheat pasta has a wonderful aroma and pairs well with sauces made from potatoes, cabbage, and cheese. The smaller pizzas baked with buckwheat dough are thin and have a crispy, light texture that I really liked. The coffee is free of any off-flavors and is deliciously refreshing on its own. The interior of the restaurant has instruments, books, and games, providing enjoyment beyond just eating and drinking. There are also occasional music events, and the takeout pizza is convenient.
