Upon entering, you are enveloped in a gentle atmosphere that brings a sense of relief. The homemade set meals have a nostalgic flavor that warms the heart. The freshly fried karaage releases a savory aroma of garlic and soy sauce, and is crispy and juicy. The set meal includes small side dishes, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), a miso soup rich in ingredients, rice, and even dessert, providing complete satisfaction. The quick service of hot tea and a cloth napkin is also a nice touch. The dashimaki (rolled omelette) is infused with the umami of the broth and has a hint of small fish flavor, making it very delicious.
