This is a shop attached to a sake brewery, with a warm atmosphere that is calming. The skewers grilled over charcoal have a wonderful aroma, and each bite brings happiness. The sake can be enjoyed at room temperature, and I’m glad there are brands from Shizuoka as well. The cozy space, which feels warm with wood, has comfortable counter and tatami seating. The grill master works efficiently, and you can also enjoy other dishes besides the skewers. Takeout is available, so you can enjoy this flavor at home as well.
