This is a small shop located in a residential area, and as soon as you enter, you can feel a calm atmosphere. The interior is small with a counter at the center, but it is comfortable and allows for a relaxed time. The chef's meticulous work, trained in a hotel, shines through, and the presentation is beautiful. The fish from the live tank is very fresh, and the thinly sliced flounder and dancing shrimp were memorably delicious. Each piece of sushi is carefully made, and the rich flavors of medium fatty tuna and sea urchin are well conveyed. This shop offers warm hospitality, so for those who want to ensure a good experience, it is reassuring to make a reservation.
