The matcha and bean sweets that come out first are comforting and delightful. The yuba tofu, which is finished at the table, becomes ready to eat after a short wait, and it is delicious whether enjoyed on its own or with a pinch of seaweed salt. The tororo has a firm texture and a strong flavor, and it pairs wonderfully with the vegetable rice, making it easy to keep eating. The grilled fresh gluten and miso soup are also impressive, and before I knew it, I had polished off everything. The calm space where you take off your shoes has pleasant music, creating an atmosphere as if being watched over by a small Buddha. The menu is extensive, offering everything from tofu hamburgers to leaf-wrapped miso and miso stew udon, providing a satisfying experience that is healthy yet fulfilling.
