The eel grilled over charcoal is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making you feel happy from the very first bite. There is also eel hidden within the rice, providing a double layer of indulgence that lasts until the end. The slightly sweet sauce clings perfectly, and the flavor is satisfying enough without needing any extra. The eel-filled rolled omelet is fluffy and the flavor of the eel blends well with the eggs. The liver soup has a light broth with richness, making it perfect as a palate cleanser between bites. The dishes arrived faster than expected, allowing me to relax and focus on the deliciousness.
