The tonkatsu made from Shonan Miyaji pork has a light and crispy coating that makes it easy to eat. The cooking is just right, and when eaten with salt, the sweetness of the fat is clearly felt. The homemade spicy sauce is sharp and complements the overall dish very well. The loin is cut into bite-sized pieces, making it so delicious that you can't stop eating it. The cabbage is mixed with shiso leaves, which pairs well with the original dressing, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. You can place a prepaid order at the touch panel at the entrance, and the first floor has a counter while the second floor has table seating, making it convenient to use.
