Machinuka is located about a 3-minute walk from Sorimachi Station on the Toyoko Line. I had visited several times in the past, but I had the impression that it was "a restaurant that serves delicious Sanma-men and is not open for lunch," but a person who claims to be a regular recommends the tanmen, so I revisited after a long time. The tanmen This is a simple tamen that is very different from the Sankoen in Noge or the Taiho in Azabujuban. The size of the vegetables on top is just right and does not interfere with the noodles. The slightly thicker noodles are delicious with the soup. I ordered only Sanma-men (and fried rice or gyoza) without thinking because I am more of a soy sauce ramen fan than salt ramen fan, but I decided to try tanmen from now on.
