Excellent soup with no seasoning! Maybe the BEST ramen of 2015! I've known about this place for a long time, but I've never had a chance to get to know it. It is open only for lunch on weekdays, and for both lunch and dinner on weekends and holidays. I personally like this kind of restaurant. Soy sauce ramen (750 yen) The soup is light and clear, and the ingredients are kujo leeks, two slices of chashu pork, and a sheet of nori (seaweed). I expected a lot of Shinachiku from the name of the restaurant, but it was a normal portion. The soup was carefully made from chicken broth, and the tender chashu pork went very well with it. The flavor of the nori (dried seaweed) is very good, and the degree of perfection is amazing. The homemade medium-thick straight noodles were also well mixed with the soup. Chicken rice (150 yen) The chicken is used to make soup stock, and the leftover meat is served on rice with salt sauce and green onions. Hats off to the chef for using up all of the ingredients. Of course, it tastes great, too. The wonton noodle soup that the person next to me was having also looks delicious, and with such attention to ingredients, I am sure the salt will be delicious as well. I think I will revisit this restaurant in the near future.

It had been a long time since I visited. The chicken and seafood broth was excellent, but this time the chashu pork was so tough that it blurred the flavor of the broth. The noodles were chewy and tasty, and the ramen was highly complete. Chicken rice is made by mixing broken chicken meat with a salty sauce and served on the rice. Chashu pork trimmings were on sale, so I bought some and chopped them up and put them in fried rice, which I think would be delicious.
