I am happy to be able to drink slowly in a calm space with just a counter. The first dishes lined up, called obanzai, are all carefully made, and a gentle flavor spreads. The simmered pumpkin is fluffy and delicious, making me want to have a second helping. The truffle-infused hayashi rice that came out as a limited menu item was surprisingly aromatic and impressive. The variety of alcoholic beverages is abundant, and it was also a fun point to be recommended sake that wasn't on the menu. The owner's skillful handling and pleasant conversation made me end up staying longer than intended.
