Ramen Juki is the only creamy ramen restaurant in the "Ramen battle zone"! Ramen Juki Esaka station 7 minutes walk from Esaka station. A restaurant in a residential area that serves "Iekei x Creamy" ramen. You can easily recognize the name "Juki" because it is written in large letters on the signboard. The street in front of the restaurant is surprisingly busy with cars, so be careful. The interior of the restaurant has a wood-based color scheme, and the atmosphere is a combination of a ramen shop and a café. The system is to purchase tickets from a ticket machine. The menu is easy to understand because it is accompanied by a picture of the menu. This time, I chose "Iekei soba," a popular menu item. Ordering Menu Iekei soba 750 yen Ajitama (topping) The soup has a beautiful white foam and you can tell the soup is soy sauce-like even from its appearance. However, when I drank the soup, I had an impression that it was lighter than it looked. It is somewhere between light and thick. It has a sharp taste that does not linger. Therefore, you do not feel that much soy sauce. The creaminess of the pork is spurred on by the fishiness of the pork. This ramen emphasizes the impact of the first taste. Personally, I would be happy if it had a little more lingering flavor. By the way, the person sitting next to me ordered "chashu-meshi" (pork rice), and it looked really delicious. The meat was thick and the mayonnaise was shining. The ramen itself goes very well with white rice, so next time I come here, I would like to eat it with rice dishes. Thank you for the meal.
