The atmosphere unique to street stalls is pleasant and immediately exciting. The staff are very friendly, making it easy to engage in conversation even for first-timers. They offer classic dishes from Kyushu, including vinegared offal, spicy lotus root, and charcoal-grilled local chicken. The noodle dishes, finished on a hot iron plate, are a specialty, and the rich flavor of the tonkotsu broth combined with the sauce is irresistible. There are also fried rice and grilled chicken skewers, so you can be satisfied when you want a hearty meal. The access from the station is good, allowing you to enjoy the lively street stall culture.
