The lunch menu includes a roast beef bowl and a nabe and nigiri set. We asked for a small portion of rice, but it is hearty. The meat is made from Tosa red cow meat and has beautiful sashi. The oil melts just right on the warm rice and the sweetness spreads in your mouth. The meat is thick and firm, and the cooking is slightly rare and delicious. Chopped lettuce is placed between the rice and the meat, and its crunchy texture can also be enjoyed. The whites of the eggs are meringue-like, and when combined with the tender yolks, the rice is wrapped around the meat, making you happy.
