It's a hidden gem located deep in a residential area, and the feeling of entering through a Japanese garden is truly wonderful. Once you take off your shoes and step inside, you are greeted by a space with tatami mats and table seating, which brings a sense of comfort with its Showa retro atmosphere. The warmth of the chabudai (low table) and wood creates a cozy environment, making it a relaxing place even for those with children. The thoughtful touches, such as providing knee blankets, are appreciated, and you can spend time without worrying about waiting, as mentioned. The lunch features carefully prepared small dishes, and the multigrain rice and homemade miso soup are gentle and delicious. The main dishes, including stir-fried salted pork, taro croquettes, and teriyaki mackerel, were all satisfying, allowing for a calm and leisurely enjoyment.
