The atmosphere focused on shrimp is enjoyable, and the menu is quite extensive. Various cooking methods bring out the deliciousness of the shrimp, and each dish has a pleasant aroma that is satisfying. In particular, the tasting set allows you to enjoy a variety of shrimp, including sweet Satsuma shrimp, red shrimp, angel shrimp, and sakura shrimp in order, which is fun. The shrimp-centric salt ramen features a clear broth made from stock taken from the heads, which is rich in flavor and has a pleasant aroma. The thick, chewy noodles, along with the sakura shrimp, seaweed, and char siu, pair well together, making it hard to put down the chopsticks until the end. With both counter and table seating, I felt it was a place where you can casually drop by and enjoy a shrimp feast.
