I had a meal at a calm Chinese restaurant located on the 11th floor of the hotel. The round table allowed us to sit comfortably and chat with friends while relaxing. The course meal started with an appetizer resembling sashimi, followed by shark fin soup and fried dishes, which were exciting to be served one after another. The large chili shrimp and stir-fried squid with beef in satay sauce were particularly aromatic, and I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The five-grain crispy rice topped with hot sauce made a sizzling sound right in front of me, and I enjoyed the change in aroma and moistness. Even the almond jelly and fruit served after the meal had a careful flavor, making it a satisfying dining experience until the very end.
