The atmosphere from the entrance is inviting, and I feel excited by the lighting at my feet and the elegant counter. It's enjoyable to watch the meticulous work right in front of me in this counter-only establishment where the kitchen is visible. The sashimi served at the beginning changes with the seasons, allowing me to enjoy different flavors each time. The combination of warm dashi with mozuku seaweed and red snapper sashimi was particularly impressive. The nigiri has a slightly firm rice that is well-formed, and the balance with the toppings is outstanding. Selections like marinated tuna, medium fatty tuna, monkfish liver, hairy crab, and botan shrimp also make an appearance, and I am very satisfied with the variety.
