It's great that you can really enjoy the factory tour and drop by casually. The scale of the construction is large, and you can feel the typical characteristics of a stone wall sake brewery. The aged sake is mellow and has a pleasant drinking experience, and you can tell the difference even in the tastings. There are not only awamori but also a variety of liqueurs like plum, grapefruit, and shikwasa, which is fun. The coffee liqueur pairs well whether on the rocks or mixed with milk, and it has a wonderful aroma. It seems like they are trying various production methods, and the range of flavors is exciting.
