Nozawa Free Theater is a “theater” that takes the form of a self-service stick bar where you pay by the number of skewers. Once seated, choose unpretentiously and freely from the daily selection of skewers as your heart desires. Drinks are self-service as well; you can enjoy local sake from the Hokushin region and other discoveries of the day.
