A hidden gem with exquisite dishes, a bit away from the station

Noji is a restaurant located in Katsuta City, Ibaraki Prefecture, a little far from the station but well worth a visit. The interior is cozy yet clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Each dish is meticulously prepared and full of flavor, and the selection of sake is excellent, making it easy to enjoy a few drinks.

The small interior is clean and allows for a relaxing time. Every dish is carefully prepared, and the shabu-shabu made with Hitachi beef was tender and impressive. The truffle egg over rice had a wonderful aroma, and you can enjoy desserts as well. The sashimi includes sea snails, which is a delight for shellfish lovers. There is also a wide selection of sake, making it fun to pair with the food. It is a bit far from the station, but making a reservation makes the visit smoother.
