The store has been renovated, and the interior is very clean and comfortable to spend time in. There are counter and table seats, allowing for a relaxed and calm atmosphere. The doteyaki has a white miso flavor with a gentle sweetness, and the beef tendon and konjac are tender. The okonomiyaki is cooked skillfully and carefully, and even though it is thin, the batter is gooey and the cabbage is crisp. The mixed modern-yaki is layered with ingredients, and the sauce is light, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through. The specialty side dish is stir-fried offal and vegetables, with a fragrant shiso miso sauce that makes you want to keep eating.
