Flounder marinated in kelp! I like salt and lemon salt.
As I get older, I feel like using soy sauce for sashimi is something to do 'later.'
The effort put into it was enough with just salt.
I love the live fish tank! I casually got to see it and enjoyed a relaxed aquarium atmosphere outside of the cooking.
Considering the price, I think it would be nice to go once or twice a year, so I have something to look forward to.

The restaurant is located right in front of the Uenoshiba Station roundabout. The restaurant is crowded with people even late on weekday evenings. There were many one-person customers at the counter, who seemed to be regular customers. The wide black marble-like counter looks good. Everything is delicious and you tend to order too much, but the prices are inexpensive, which is a big help. There is a wide variety of drinks and many kinds of wine.
